You can't. What you can do is to call your Cable company and ask for static IP in cables network (172.bla.bla.bla). After that, configure your router according to this guide: http://www.netguru.co.il/files/manuals/edimax/edimax.pdf (sorry boys and girls, I have only Hebrew version) Check the second part about configuring the router. The first part talks about setting you Windows box so it can connect to the router web interface.
