Out of the box it does excellent job when it comes to form and format classification (HTML, [EMAIL PROTECTED], etc.), but without training it to *your* ham and spam, it's not too good.
How well does SpamAssasin deal with Hebrew mail?
E.g: A Hebrew subject is often treated as "yelling". Maybe bacause it is
quoted-printable?
