I also use spamassassin, but the success rate is much lower. Maybe you can share your .spamassassin/user_prefs with us?
This is my user_prefs: ----> required_hits 3 <---- That's it.
Oh, and I trained SA with a ~16000 message corpus, ~2000 of which were ham, ~14000 were spam.
You *did* train it, didn't you? Out of the box it does excellent job when it comes to form and format classification (HTML, [EMAIL PROTECTED], etc.), but without training it to *your* ham and spam, it's not too good.
