For some kinds of support you can buy support from the big names too (HP, IBM 
etc) but IMHO it's less then adaquate.

The exact same place they were 2 years ago in the US - Israel IT market (I'm 
not talking R&D here! just your plain old IT dept. of some big shop) is 
always 2 years behind...
