The word "HOFSHI" seems to be popular as the hebrew translation of 'free as in speech', but I think when people hear "TOCHNA HOFSHIT" they are likely to associate it with the price and not necessarily think about the freedom. In the sentence "KNISA HOFSHIT" it means free beer too.
