I just found a way to get a list(at least a partly one) of virtual domains hosted on the same server.
For those who don't know, netcraft.com is a service that monitor's web servers, every time someone checks a site it is added to netcraft's database, and it is pretty big by now. You can get all their DB records for a certain netblock, and then compare the IPs... It's not a 100% solution but it's still a partly one. -Amir.
