Excuse me, Eli, but have you even tried to RTFM? All of it, including
sample commands for all stages, is in the bloody HOWTO.
This list was never intended to be a substitute for documentation. I
simply read the HOWTO, which looks quite clear to me. Now, if you have
a problem with the examples in the HOWTO, please try to explain what
is it that seems ambiguous or not clear for you.
I think you should be perfectly able to read and understand the
documentation, then try to burn a CD (less than NIS 2 a pop - quite
affordable to screw up a couple of times). If there is an error that
completely baffles you - STFW. If nothing else fails, ask the list,
providing with all the details. It has always worked this way.
