Just to save the bother for all the rest of you - in Qt 3.0.2 (and KDE's
qt-copy too), the Ctrl-Shift direction switching keys can be enabled by
checking the 'Enhanced support for languages written Right-to-left' in
qtconfig ("Interface" tab).
In previous 3.0 versions it was enabled by default.
