How can anyone not care about this? What is to prevent M$ from selling ('licensing')
software with a condition that requires you to buy a certain brand of car, read a
certain newspaper, or vote for a certain political party? Does this kind of stuff
really hold up in court? I hope this is getting a lot of publicity in the
"non-technical" media.
