Yes, trying to block AOL entirely is rather silly... But finding all its
blocks an interesting excercise, so here's a try:
In ARIN, I found that AOL owns ASN (Autonomous System Numbers, the entities
used in BGP routing) 1668, 1682, 1693, 2056, 5686, 6992, 8176 (Netscape), 
9714, 10593,10681,11630,11631,14853, 14854, 14855.

Searching a routing table I had lying around (it's one month old, I hope you
don't mind - the ARIN data I looked at was an even older backup I had), I
found the following CIDR blocks (holes, if any, taken out - I wrote a script
to do that).
Knock yourselves out ;)

(P.S. to verify which company an IP belongs to, try something like
 whois [EMAIL PROTECTED])
