Hmm... Thanks, everyone, for the info.  FYI, the server is a dell
poweredge 2400.  Dell hasn't been very friendly in giving detailed
information (like kernel source code for RAID support in linux)..

As you saw, I got the NMI on Mar 15.  The server run period was Jan 5 -
May 15.  I only shut it down because I had to clean it and add a network
card.  Go linux! ;)  I'll go for the cosmic ray theory unless I get
another NMI this year..  IIRC, I ran the dell burn-in test (full ram test)
when i got this server.  If anything, I can always pull a dimm and stop
working on 30 megapixel images ...
