Yeah, Mandrake 8 is nice, but it got few problems. When I approached to
submit them, the bugzilla there was down (connection refused) and I tried it
for 4 days...

1. If you select Israeli keyboard (I think the first one - not sure) and you
go on with the installation - then KDE simply won't come up - X will go up,
showing light blue screen, and then down. No errors on
/var/log/XFree86.0.log, other then KDE crashes on .xsessions-error file..

2. From my tests with VMWare, as soon as you finished installing it and you
reboot your virtual machine - your VMWare session will panic once it loads
the network module (the pcnet module). I don't know if they fixed it on 8.0
cause I've seen this bug in their bugzilla few days ago. The workaround is to
not load the module and recompile the kernel.

3. Trying to create partitions on a disk with already max number of primary
partitions - Mandrake seems to create another primary partition/s, which is a
"no no" situation - you won't be able to run cfdisk or Partition Magic later..

I know that Mandrake are having a great distributions, but they're QA simply
is too short or not focusing enough, specially when you release a .0 version
with a new compiler and RPM database...
