As far as I know israsrv is using Linux for some of its servers, or, at least,
used to. Seems to me that you are talking with their support stuff, while
their sysadmin might help you more. Still, he is a sysadmin of the server
side, which is why Mulix hint about the importance of the debug info pertains
to him as well.
Are you sure there are no relevant messages in some log file (/var/log/syslog,
/var/log/messages)?
