|  This is theoretically possible, by booting a specialized diskette image,
|  including the vfat, iso9660, and loop kernel modules compiled for the
|  installation kernel, and then hack the installation script to load those
|  modules and use the loopback mounted image as installation source.
|  
|  What I mean is, it is probably easier to get hold of a CD or CD-Burner,
|  download the CD as seperate files, or even copy the files from the image as
|  suggested earlier.
