This is theoretically possible, by booting a specialized diskette image,
including the vfat, iso9660, and loop kernel modules compiled for the
installation kernel, and then hack the installation script to load those
modules and use the loopback mounted image as installation source.
What I mean is, it is probably easier to get hold of a CD or CD-Burner,
download the CD as seperate files, or even copy the files from the image as
suggested earlier.
