I do have a couple of choice quotes, one being along the
lines of: You don't pay enough for us to support/fix problems
like these, you only pay enough to get the line.
Another was that it's not their problem - when asked whose is
it they said: Nobody's, and later it was the ISP's fault (<sarcasm>yes,
all 5 that I have tried seem to be infected by the same problem
that nobody else seemed to notice till I came along</sarcasm>).

"Zo zchoot latet sheroot". Ach.

Again, if anyone is having the same problem, especially
around the Givatayim area (assuming it's the ATM card),
please please PLEASE mail me.
