You don't really need Debian, although its a very very good choice, other
distributions also work.
IGLU is based on Mandrake and it works fine.
If you want Mandrake 7.0 or Redhat 6.2 by mail - email me privatly.
If you need any help configuring a website - also email me privatly - so we
can avoid the funny answers that turn into flamewars, and you can get some
