I myself like the use of Free Software withing the community and Open
Source outside it... OSI promised to make sure that the term "Open
Source" is never abused. So far I'm partially pleased [APSL].
 
Anyhow... Right on the first paragraph they equate the web and the
net. CLUELESS! I would have disregarded the article completely except
that it says (and I suspect it's even true) that the drivers are
written for XFree86. And XFree86 release all of their stuff, AFAIK,
under a BSD-like license.
