Do you think the place problem is being settled? I might try to arrange one as well
but if Ira's settled it then it is not necessary.
How many people are expected for this meeting? Will people from other areas of the
country be coming?
What presentation equipment do the lecturer need? Should a classroom be ruled out in
case only a blackboard is available? Perhaps letting people have papers with the main
points may compensate the lack of modern presentation equipment?
