Thanks, Tim. It does answer some questions, but it leaves my biggest one unanswered. The Pacemaker Wiki says to use OpenAIS. However, Lars' announcement on 2/11/10 says, "You are really strongly encouraged to upgrade to Heartbeat 3.0 and Pacemaker."
