Agradeço pelo esclarecimento. Mas ainda me restou uma dúvida.
Para registrar um programa sob GPL basta acrescentar um texto,
como o que segue abaixo, no começo de cada arquivo-fonte,
e distribuir o programa com o código-fonte?
Ou tem algo mais que possa ser feito?
