Shouldn't the taxpaying citizens and voters always have a say?! That should
go unsaid. That's irrelevant. It's the way the warrant language is spun and
not presenting substantiated facts. The initial email didn't even include a
dollar amount. This is not transparent. Sorry. Too many drinking the
Kool-Aid
