Possibly,  but that's not the committee's decision to make, because that's
not what the town voted for.

Since it appears that what the voters chose isn't going to be possible for
the budget approved,  that is why the committee is asking the voters to
weigh in.   And people are now attacking the volunteer committee for giving
the voters a say in which way to go?
