Mr. Leikind is a member of the Massachusetts Special Commission on Combatting Antisemitism. Under Mr. Leikind’s leadership, the AJC exposed the antisemitism in the MTA <https://www.ajc.org/news/ajc-new-england-report-massachusetts-teachers-association-leaders-have-engaged-members-to>. In addition, the AJC is instrumental in promoting the adoption of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism <https://www.ajc.org/the-working-definition-of-antisemitism> as an educational tool to identify and combat hate. Dr. Brandy Shufutinsky is the Director of Education and Community Engagement of NAVI <https://navivalues.org/>, The North American Values Institute, formerly the Jewish Institute for Liberal Values. Dr. Shufutinsky empowers, trains and supports parents in their efforts to promote North American values in K-12 education and combat antisemitism.
