Hi All. Have any other Eversource customers out there gotten a letter from Arbor claiming that you can get a rate reduction if you sign up for their free service? Despite claiming they're licensed by the MA Department of Public Utilities, it sounds very fishy to me. There's a QR code you can scan in the letter which sent off my internal scam alert. Does anyone know if this is real and, if so, how it works? Thanks.
