Dear Lincoln,

Thank you to all who responded regarding the tile!  I ended up buying 88 sq
ft of porcelain tile at quite a bargain from someone who bought too much,
and I think it’s perfect.  Thank you to all who looked and figured out
available square footage for me!  ❤️. (That room is about to look 50 years
younger!  I might actually not hate going in there soon).
