Hi Sara - I’m working on a 2-D scaled model (starting with the Codman road section) to answer your question. This should help to visualize what the footprint will be on the buildable acres there.
Why didn’t we ask Utile to do this? Ran out of time? Money? Seems like we need more time for better options.
