I once again refer you to the photos in the Housing Choice Working Groups presentation: HCWG Slide Deck <https://www.lincolntown.org/DocumentCenter/View/85116/2023-SOTT-HCA-Slide-Deck-wtih-Notes?bidId=> This illustrates the developments we currently have in town with a variety of densities on a variety of topologies.
The problem with looking at any photo or plan labeled "x units per acre" is that you have to dig into the records, regulations, and zoning maps to understand how that calculation was made and what exactly it means. The advantage of looking at the six examples the HCWG supplied is that it's six very different developments on very different lots but the calculations were all done the same way. So you can compare apples to apples.
