Old county road has « no trespassing » signs all around due to reservoir, these are not trail walkers…the trash issue there is likely that it’s a convenient/easy way to toss all the empties as you drive along the road from businesses on old winter or various housing developments…I suspect (not sure, not casting aspersions) these folks are in transit and on their way to neighboring towns.
