Hi Deb,
I am having the exact same thing happen. It is very frustrating. I thought
it was my phone or bluetooth at first and almost went to trade in my phone,
but then someone else said they were having the same issues.
I am thinking it doesn't happen when I am making calls outside of Lincoln,
but not completely sure. Have you noticed it is happening only in Lincoln
or everywhere? I do know know that it doesn't happen with iphone audio
facetime so it does seem to only have to do with the wireless phone
function.
I am going to call Verizon as well but first need to find enough time to
spend on it as I don't think it will be a quick fix. Please let me know if
you have any success in getting it fixed. I will do the same.
Warm regards,
Staci
