Users need more help when linaro-fetch-image-ui fails

Bug description:
When linaro-fetch-image-ui fails it should give the user more information
about what went wrong, for example:
* The error reported by linaro-media-create
* File x failed to download
* I was unable to find a mix of hardware and software to match what you
asked for (UI already prevents these choices... I think).
Basically any time an external tool fails or an assert or exception
goes off, don't just crash out or say "it failed", be informative.
Preferably produce a nice log file that they can attach to a bug
report as well.
