Right, I wonder if it's useful to have RC on releases.linaro.org, or we
should just point to whatever build we are testing on
snapshots.linaro.org?

Android is a bit different in that it doesn't need a hwpack and rootfs,
but I'm not sure that it needs to be a separate thing in the filesystem
hierarchy.
