Heh! I was in an office with an IP-connected deskphone that had an Ethernet port. My laptop refused to work with that IP port, but worked just fine if I unplugged the IP-connected deskphone and plugged my laptop in instead. Which of course meant that the deskphone was not usable. So I had IRC connectivity, but had to use my cellphone. > I leave it up to you--- it was just a thought.
