Oh, I forgot to mention: I save a page with the following search string in the Search Box as a bookmark: -inurl:.it. -inurl:.es. -inurl:.de. -inurl:.ja. -inurl:.fr. site:lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/ So I don't have to type it or copy/paste it every time.
