Please refer to .png file - screen print from lilypond generated score.
I still want to try \path.  Beside NR A.10.3 is there additional doc, tutorial 
for the \path command?

Looks complex (especially if you want it to look hand-drawn).  Have you 
considered drawing it with an external program, saving it as an eps file, then 
using it as a markup with the command \epsfile ?
