@chiffonMyst Usually, that kind of dependencies need to be installed from the same source: a "manually" installed SIP will be difficult to find by other installations via macports or homebrew.
So, if your SIP installation via macports doesn't work, a manual installation won't be a help for further steps: the problem lies before.
