I see no problem with having context property for the final barline
(only used if the piece does not end with an explicit \bar). The
problem with having it autogenerated is when we don't end with a full
bar. Do we want an autogenerated one on
\relative c' { c c } ?
No.
Do we want one on
\relative c' { \partial 4 c | c c c } ?
Yes.
(But I assume that's tricky)
