We won't want the reference to LSR snippet 715 in the docs, and I don't think we are going to want to maintain a linkage between the two, so I think that we should not have the reference to 715 in the descriptive text. I'd prefer "A LaissezVibrer tie can be used to tie.... The length of the tie can be tweaked.
