There's nothing you can do about this, since it requires a font to be
loaded which supports small caps.

In 2.10.12, the spacing between the staves of a PianoStaff is fixed,
which means they're further apart.

I had to fix this and place it in input/new, since the automatic staff
avoidance from 2.11 broke the positioning.

There's a lot of extra-offset usage here, which is affected by the
