Probably some inconsistent manual corrections - and wrong alignments of curly brackets. Notice that the variables \enda \endb and \endc was /still/ not used in the version that you published.
Might help improving convert-ly...
Convert ly is not (and should not be) meant to automatically correct advanced scheme functions.
