That does not seem to affect the system separator. Oh. well.... I only
have a couple of cases where this is a problem so I can work around
it. Someone pointed out that there is old case where someone asked for
system-system spacing control at a score level. Perhaps more control
of the system separator could be part of that. Either that or allowing
paging to be controlled between bookparts.
In any case not a huge for my current needs.
