I see links like following in the e-mails.

But every link I try to follow open on the homepage:
"No Found
This document is not on the server."
How on earth shall I find out, if there had been an answer to my question?
Every other link I followed ends in the middle of nowhere.
You maybe familiar with the structure of your homepage. But I'm a newbie on your mailing system. I can't find my way around.
It may be because English is not my native language, but I suspect that the whole structure is not self-explanatory for newbees, and that the automatic generated links on your e-mails should leads to an existing target.
How about the head of the related thread?
