Hello Marco, Please consider including a small working example, so that we can see what you want. The problem here is that you cannot use \tweak this way. Use a \once\override instead. Note that RehearsalMark and the MetronomeMark need to be specified for context Score, so you need to do
\once\override RehearsalMark.X-offset = #-2.5
Or whatever.
