Consider the following code:

% Partcombine swallows a rest if it is the first musical content in a measure
and erroneously claims the measure is Solo II

The rest at the beginning of the second measure is swallowed by partcombine,
and partcombine thinks the measure
Is Solo II. Is there any workaround?
