Hm. I've yet to see the (point of a) folder that even an administrator cannot access - either it's there or it isn't, and either it has usable content or not. Not sure about in-memory encryption and decryption that transparently allows to use fonts, though; but I doubt that this could work effectively without patches to all the applications accessing fonts.

Did you try entering the folder from a "proper" administrator account?
