Easy. In the case of bar 110, you have:
<d' a' c!>2 ~ | q4
Replace this with:
<d' a' c!>2 ~ | <d a' c>4
- and similarly.
GNU LilyPond 2.18.2 here, but I can try to update (even on El Capitan!)
No need, with this workaround.
