Hi, Paul.I'm not aware of any syntax changes between 2.0.1 and 2.1.x. Usually any significant syntax changes will be discussed here or on Lilypond Developer and convert-ly will change those syntaxes when possible.
It complains but typesets correctly. Apparently it is midi which is not being ties (no prob!). BTW, do not tell me 2.0.1 and 2.1.x will have incompatible syntaxes :-|
