Hi,
I'm writing drum scores and it's traditional that we put an extra measure at the beginnning to indicate what all the notes point to in terms of percussion elements. This measure should be unnumbered and alone on its line. I have not found any way to force a line break, or to separate it from the rest of the score, so it's always measure number 1 and the rest of the score starts at 2, is there a way to do this ?
Go to lilypond.org, klick on Search and enter "line break" and "bar number", respectively and follow the top links.
