Using an \include is a great way to simplify the example, it's just that
the file ("old-hundredth-example.ly") doesn't seem to exist in my LilyPond
install. (I was testing everything under 2.25.19.) Is it possible that the
file somehow just wasn't bundled with 2.25.19? I think we should definitely
preserve the example, it's just that users need to be able to compile code
themselves with their local LilyPond to study it.
