That sounds like something that would make things more predictable for occasional contributors and help integration with a weekly schedule (I don't really see a problem with juggling the exact weekdays in usage by a particular Patch Meister depending on actual weekly other obligations). I would also underwrite the proposal to ameliorate the procedures for flattening end-grain cutting boards in order to ensure that the flattening remains confined to the end-grain cutting boards. -- David Kastrup
